Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice dairy or plant
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 1 tbsp almond butter to top

Method

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, milk and maple syrup to a jar or bowl. Stir well, then wait 2 minutes and stir again — this second stir stops the chia from clumping.
  2. Fold in half the raspberries, lightly mashing them into the oats so they turn everything pink and jammy.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, top with the remaining raspberries and a drizzle of almond butter. Eat cold, straight from the jar.

Notes

Fiber: ~15g from oats + chia + raspberries — the single highest-fiber breakfast on the site.
Meal prep: make 4 jars at once; they keep 4 days refrigerated.
Swaps: any berry works; blueberries and blackberries are nearly as high in fiber.
