About

Welcome to Fiber & Fork

Fiber & Fork is a recipe site built around one simple, science-backed idea: most of us eat only half the fiber our bodies need — and fixing that shouldn’t mean choking down bran cereal.

Here you’ll find fiber-rich versions of the food you already love: cozy dinners, grab-and-go breakfasts, snacks that survive a road trip, and desserts that don’t taste like a compromise. Every recipe lists its fiber count, uses everyday supermarket ingredients, and is tested in a real home kitchen — not a food lab.

Meet Emma

Emma Hartwell is the home cook and recipe developer behind Fiber & Fork. After years of sluggish digestion and afternoon energy crashes, she rebuilt her kitchen around hitting 30 grams of fiber a day — without eating a single boring meal. Beans, lentils, whole grains, fruit, and vegetables do the heavy lifting; butter, spice, and a little mischief make it food you’ll actually crave.
